Colossians 1:15-19. Services led by Rachel Draper with Tim preaching.

Grand Designs: The reconciliation won by Jesus.
Colossians 1:20-24. Communion services led by Carl Chapman with Elaine preaching.

Back to Church Sunday: Come as you are.
Special services to invite friends and family to. The services will be led by Tim.
Sun 3rd October
Harvest: Leicester, City of Sanctuary
All-age services focusing on the Cities of Sanctuary initiative,
supporting refugees and asylum seekers in Leicester.
We will be taking a food collection for Red Cross in Leicester in this service
please bring in date packets and tins.

Saturday 18th September 3.00pm Carey Hall Baptist Church
Thanksgiving service for Carey Hall Baptist Church. The church is changing hands the existing congregation, now few in number, will formally cease as a separate congregation, while a Tamil speaking church led by Pastor Paul Lohan takes up the reins. This service will celebrate the ministry of the church over so many years and mark the closure of the church in its current form.

Growing Leaders Session 1. The first sessions for those participating in the Growing Leaders training programme.

Safe to Grow and Safe to Belong training. For all those who work in any capacity whatsoever with children or vulnerable adults within the church. Only one of the two sessions needs to be attended.

EMBA Day with John Bell of the Iona Community. Dont miss this fantastic opportunity to hear John Bell who speaks with a prophetic voice into our society. On the following day (Sunday 7th) John will be leading a worship workshop at Seymour Road Baptist Church from 3.00pm 4.30pm and a youth event at the same venue from 6.30 8.30pm.
